		<description>I&#039;ve been trying to eat smaller amounts of food, under 1000 calories a day, because I&#039;m overweight and I don&#039;t like exercising - which is probably why I&#039;m overweight in the first place. :) Anyway, I&#039;m fifteen, and I think my metabolism is a bit slow. Since I&#039;ve just started this diet, I wanted to know if anyone had tips on how to practice self-control, and eat less. Also, food recommendations would be amazing! Please keep in mind I&#039;m a vegetarian.  I&#039;d appreciate the help, guys!</description>
